The Mexichem name and the logo with seven circles are Mexichem’s commercial and service brands. Mexichem may also claim the rights of commercial and service brands in other emblems, images, icons, audio clips, downloads, data, software and brands used in this Web site, with the exception of those previously registered by our various partners, associates, investors in the different businesses that are totally or partly owned by Mexichem. Said Intellectual Property is protected by Mexican laws, as well as by United States and International laws.
COMPLIANCE
In case any terms and conditions here expressed are deemed not feasible, the other terms and conditions shall still be in force, and the term or condition deemed not feasible shall be substituted for a term or conditions that may be complied with, which are closer to the intention, underscoring the obligatory term or condition. APPLICABLE LAW
When logging onto this Web site, the User explicitly consents, with no restriction at all, to submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts and laws in Mexico City, Federal District, Mexico, without subjecting himself to their conflict-of-laws principles, renouncing the jurisdiction which for reasons of his home address may correspond now or in the future. Some local legislation does not permit the jurisdiction exclusion, which is why this term may not be applicable to some User in particular.
