Social responsibility
In Quimir we are committed with the environment, and so besides having closed systems in our process (zero water discharges in our tree facilities: Tultitlán, Lechería and Coatzacoalcos), in Tultitlán Plant we treat part of the municipal (Tultitlán) water in our water treatment system (and using part of the treated water for the irrigation of the community green areas) in order to contribute both water treatment and reuse culture, and our community well being. Also Lechería Plant consume only treated water (a purification process is applied in our facility to make it suitable for our process) for the replacement of the evaporated water in our process.
We are an active part of the mutual help groups within the municipals in which we are located by qualification, guidance and answer to emergencies that happen in the companies of those groups. We have qualified personnel and the technology to keep our operations safe to our community.

Education program for Quimir employees. We support our employees so they can continue their high school education within an open program that help them to continue their development both in their carrier in our company and in a personal level; this plan is linked to a carrier plan in which besides the technical qualification give the employee the chance to acquire the required competences necessary to grow in our company.
